From Vancouver, the coach will take you to  the  warm and dry Okanagan Valley with its huge lakes, orchards and  Okanagan Valley,  home to some of British Columbia's finest wines and wineries. Overlooking Okanagan Lake and framed by magnificent views of vineyards and fields you will be standing inside British Columbia's most awarded winery, Mission Hill, http://www.missionhillwinery.com/default.asp , and tasting some of their medal awarded wines.

Day 3 - JUN 21     BANFF                                   (Impromptu lunches)

The 360o view from the upper gondola terminal, view-decks and Summit Ridge interpretive boardwalk, is the very best vantage point in Western Canada. Safely seated in 4 passenger gondola cabins, visitors are transported in 8 minutes to the summit at an elevation of 2,281m (7,486 ft) above sea level.

The coach will continue to the summit of Bow Pass (2088m) traveling along  one of the world's most spectacular mountain highways with unsurpassed mountain scenery and  stopping at the Columbia Icefields, Bow Lake, and Peyto Lake.

Day 4 - June 22             Banff / Lake Louise / Kelowna

After breakfast at hotel, spectacular scenery awaits at Lake Louise with uniquely beautiful terrain that is both vast and varied. The wilderness is pristine and inspirational. Located in the heart of majestic, historic Banff National Park, Lake Louise is truly legendary and offers world class terrain. A sumptuous buffet lunch will be served at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, the only hotel on the shores of Lake Louise. Pamper yourself at this luxurious accommodations surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

After lunch, the coach will travel west to Yoho National Park located in the Canadian Rocky Mountains along the western slope of the Continental Divide in southeastern British Columbia. The name Yoho comes from a Cree word expressing amazement.

Stopovers are being planned for the following must see, must experience destinations:

Emerald Lake is one of the most admired destinations in Yoho National Park, with an unmatched diversity of both activities and landscapes suited to the enthusiastic traveler.

The Kicking Horse River rushes underneath a natural rock bridge in Yoho National Park, Alberta, Canada. The river used to flow over the top of the rock, but over time carved a path through it, leaving the natural bridge.

Travelling through Rogers Pass requires you to go through five long tunnels, which add a measure of protection from avalanches, although they can be a bit unnerving the first time. The lofty sensation of crossing Rogers Pass is one of the rewards for travelling here. We will negotiate the Rogers Pass (elevation 1382 m) at the summit in Glacier National Park on our way to Kelowna at around 6 pm.

For those craving for comfort food this evening, dinner will be served at a Chinese Restaurant in Kelowna.  It is probably as close to Chinese food as you can find in interior British Columbia.

Hotel accommodation will be at the Prestige Inn or similar.
